Routine maintenance
1.When the machine is not working, the marking machine and the computer power supply should be cut off.
2.When the machine is not working, cover the lens of the field mirror to prevent dust from contaminating the optical lens.
3.The circuit of the machine is in high voltage state when working, non-professional personnel, do not repair when starting, so as to avoid electric shock accident.
4.The power supply of the machine should be cut off immediately if there is any fault.
5.If the equipment is used for a long time, the dust in the air will be adsorbed on the surface of the lower end of the focusing mirror, and the light will reduce the power of the laser and affect the marking effect; Heavy causes the optical lens to absorb too much heat and burst. When the marking effect is not good, it should be carefully checked whether the surface of the focusing mirror is contaminated.
6.If the surface of the focusing mirror is contaminated, remove the focusing mirror and clean its lower surface.
7.Take special care to remove the focusing mirror, be careful not to damage or fall; At the same time, do not touch the mirror surface with your hands or other objects.
8.The cleaning method is to mix anhydrous ethanol (analytical pure) and ether (analytical pure) in a ratio of 3:1, invade the mixture with a long fiber cotton swab or lens paper, and gently scrub the surface of the lower end of the focusing mirror, and replace the cotton swab or lens paper for each wipe.
9.During the working process of the marking machine, the marking machine shall not be moved to avoid damage to the machine.
10.Do not cover the pile or put other items on the marking machine to avoid affecting the heat dissipation effect of the machine.
