At Tianjin Xingtai Laser and Advertisement Equipment Co., Ltd., we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, safely, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers within the United States. If you require delivery to another country or region, please contact us at rachel@tjxtmachine.com before placing an order to confirm availability and logistics feasibility.
2. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: Standard orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday) after payment confirmation.

Customized & Heavy Machinery: Please note that customized equipment, large-volume orders, or heavy industrial laser cutting machines require specialized packaging and production preparation. For these items, production and processing may take 15–30 business days. We will notify you with a specific production timeline upon order confirmation.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+08:00, China Standard Time) on a business day will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Import Duties
To ensure a secure and seamless delivery experience for different product types, we utilize two distinct shipping methods:

Air Express (For Parts, Accessories & Portable Models): Smaller accessories, replacement parts, or standard desktop laser marking machines are shipped via standard international air express carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS). These shipments are sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Import duties, customs clearance, and taxes are handled by us, and no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

Sea Freight / Truck Delivery (For Large Industrial Machinery): Heavy-duty industrial laser machines (e.g., large-format fiber laser cutters) are shipped via ocean freight to the designated port or terminal and delivered via specialized local freight trucks. These large shipments are subject to specific commercial freight arrangements (FOB, CIF, or DDP) as agreed upon in writing during your order configuration.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for standard products and parts are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and the delivery destination.

For oversized industrial machinery, due to the high volatility of international ocean freight rates, shipping charges may require manual calculation and verification. The final shipping cost will be completely transparent and presented in your formal invoice before payment. No hidden fees or unagreed charges will apply after checkout.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit timelines are as follows:

Air Express Shipments (Standard/Portable items): 6–12 business days.

Ocean Freight & Truck Shipments (Large/Heavy machinery): 30–45 business days (depending on customs clearance and local port logistics).
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery windows may vary due to customs inspections, severe weather conditions, carrier operational delays, or remote delivery locations.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, carrier information, and a shipment tracking link (where applicable). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
7. Delivery Delays
If your shipment has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately. Our team will work directly with the carrier to investigate the shipment status and provide updates. Deliveries to remote areas or specific industrial zones within the United States may require additional transit time.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
All machinery and high-value shipments are fully insured during transportation. If your package or crate arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Provide photos or videos of the external packaging/crating and any visible damage to the equipment.

Retain all original packaging materials for carrier inspection.
Following verification with the logistics carrier, we will arrange for the most appropriate resolution, which may include supplying free replacement parts, arranging local technical repair assistance, equipment replacement, or issuing a refund in accordance with the carrier's insurance outcome.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and valid delivery addresses (including specific instructions for commercial properties or forklift/loading dock availability for heavy freight). We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional redelivery fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the buyer. If an error is noticed before shipment, please contact us immediately at rachel@tjxtmachine.com to request an address correction.
